Party Gaming release Q4 2009 profit figures

The world's biggest online gaming company, PartyGaming, has just announced its Q4 2009 KPI and trading update to the world markets.

Party Casino Online contributed to an overall group profit of US$132 million in Quarter 4. A period in which Party Gaming integrated two recent acquisitions, the casino software company Cashcade, and The World Poker Tour. 2009 full year revenue was also ahead of market estimates at US$446 million. Party Gaming has also just hired a new CEO, Per Widerstrom, formerly of Expekt.

Party Gaming operate online casinos, online poker, online bingo and online sports betting.

Party Casino online contributed revenue of US$58 million in the quarter, a rise of 44% year-on-year. Party Poker is now the 3rd biggest poker room in the world, behind Pokerstars.com and Fulltiltpoker.com. (both of whom accept US players)
